Tow Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Tow Truck Driver / Roadside Assistance Technician at BMW of Wesley Chapel to provide emergency roadside services including towing, jump starts, tire changes, lockouts, and fuel delivery. This role requires strong driving skills, a safety-first mindset, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to roadside assistance calls in a timely and professional manner
• Transporting customers back to the dealership when needed
• Safely operate a flatbed or wheel-lift tow truck
• Load, transport, and unload vehicles without damage
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers on site and beyond
• Complete service documentation and logs accurately
• Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned truck
• Ensure truck is parked in a safe location before loading/unloading
• Use of jump start system, cables and/or air compressor when needed

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license (CDL in good standing required)
• Clean driving record
• Prior towing or roadside assistance experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
