Innovation Senior Living is a growing senior housing management company that owns and manages assisted living communities, adult day programs, and innovative aging services throughout Florida. Position Summary

We are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team. This is more than a traditional finance role. The CFO will oversee the company's financial operations while also leading business development, acquisitions, technology strategy, banking relationships, and corporate growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable reviewing financial statements, negotiating management contracts, evaluating acquisitions, building lender relationships, implementing technology solutions, and helping shape the long-term strategy of a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting, finance, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury functions
• Oversee financial reporting and key performance metrics across multiple communities
• Develop annual operating and capital budgets
• Lead business development and management company growth initiatives
• Prepare financial underwriting for acquisitions and management opportunities
• Build and maintain banking, investor, and lender relationships
• Oversee information technology, cybersecurity, software systems, and business intelligence
• Develop executive dashboards and data analytics to support decision-making
• Manage insurance, purchasing, contracts, and corporate administration
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience
• Multi-site healthcare, senior living, hospitality, or property management experience preferred
• Strong financial modeling and business development experience
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Technology-forward mindset with experience implementing business systems and dashboards
