Position Highlights

• Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic & Sport Physical Therapy
• Schedule: Full-time, flexible weekdays | No weekends

• New Grad PTs Base Salary starting around $85,000
• Experienced PTs Base Salary up to $105,000

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality outpatient care as a Physical Therapist (PT) with 1:1 patient focus
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and progress patients through treatment
• Treat a primarily orthopedic and musculoskeletal caseload
• Document efficiently and ethically with realistic productivity expectations
• Collaborate with a collegial, evidence-based clinical team
• Participate in mentoring, clinical discussions, and professional development

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or license in process (Connecticut eligible)
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
• New graduate Physical Therapists encouraged to apply
• Interest in outpatient orthopedic care
