Job Overview

This position is within an inpatient acute psychiatric unit, where you will be responsible for:

• Managing a patient load of 12 to 14 individuals per shift.
• Treating various conditions including anxiety, affective disorders, ADD/ADHD, personality disorders, and psychotic disorders.
• Conducting group therapy sessions and administering pharmacotherapy.
• Handling involuntary commitments and applying restraint when necessary.
• Maintaining a follow-up to new evaluation ratio of 4:1.
• Working with an average patient length of stay of 10 days.

Compensation and Benefits

We negotiate competitive pay rates, which are deposited weekly. The compensation for this role ranges from $185.00 to $220.00 per hour . Please note that these figures are estimates and can vary based on factors such as the urgency of the position, your experience, and qualifications. The rates provided are all-inclusive, covering base pay along with potential earnings from overtime, on-call duties, and holiday work.
