Responsibilities

Greet clients and patients in a professional and welcoming manner

Answer incoming calls and respond to client questions

Schedule appointments and help manage the daily appointment flow

Check clients in and out and process payments accurately

Maintain complete and accurate client and patient records

Communicate clearly with clients, veterinarians, and support staff

Assist with prescription and medical-record requests

Handle sensitive or emotional situations with patience and compassion

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area

Support the team with additional administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

Previous customer service or veterinary experience is preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Comfortable working with animals and their owners

Basic computer skills and the ability to learn veterinary software

Experience using ezyVet is a plus

Professional and compassionate when handling difficult situations

Availability to work scheduled weekdays and rotating Saturdays as needed
