Our ideal candidate brings:5+ years of pediatric experience in an outpatient setting2+ years of clinical leadership, mentorship, or supervisory experienceConfidence in clinical reasoning, documentation, and time managementA proactive, solutions-oriented approach to challengesStrong communication skills and emotional intelligenceExperience supporting staff development, coaching, and retentionAbility to hold team members accountable with kindness, clarity, and professionalismStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesFamiliarity with insurance, billing, and reimbursement in pediatricsComfort with technology and training others on new systemsPassion for family-centered care and helping children reach their highest potentialCommitment to upholding and modeling the company's mission and core valuesUnderstanding of regulatory and ethical standards in pediatric therapyPreferred Strengths (Not Required)Experience with clinic budgeting or resource managementKnowledge of ADA, IDEA, and pediatric therapy compliance standardsBackground in interdisciplinary collaboration across OT/PT/SLP/ABA teams
