As Social Content Creator, you will bring Peak Performance to life across our social channels through engaging, platform-native content. Working closely with athletes, creators and cross-functional teams, you create, publish and optimize content that strengthens our community, grows engagement and supports our brand and business goals. With a strong understanding of social trends, culture and storytelling, you ensure our content remains relevant, authentic and impactful. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with professional athletes, create content in outdoor environments and help shape how Peak Performance shows up across social media.

This role can be based at our HQ in Stockholm, Sweden, or remotely within the UK or central Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive day-to-day management of Peak Performance's social media channels, regularly developing platform-native content that resonates with our audience and enhances brand storytelling.
• Production of social-first content ideas and able to execute and quickly turnaround high-quality content with consideration of storyline and platform needs (sound design/ motion graphics/subtitles). Highly skilled in capturing premium content using professional cameras and mobile phones.
• Recommendation of new content formats, themes and trends relevant for strengthening our social media channels.

Who We Think You Are:

• A highly creative and culturally-attuned social media enthusiast with strong communications and storytelling skills. Curious about new technology, formats and creative techniques.
• Proactive and highly organised – capable of managing footage, file structures, backups and content delivery
• Confident working with athletes, creators and production teams, able to build trust and capture authentic moments in live environments without disruption.

Job Requirements:

• High level understanding of social media platform functionality, including sound design, motion graphics, subtitles, and platform-specific formatting.
• Confident producing photography, short-form video, interviews, BTS content and longer-form storytelling.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Strong and confident skier, capable of capturing content and working safely alongside professional athletes in challenging mountain environments. Avalanche safety training / mountain qualifications are highly desirable.
• The ability to travel regularly and attend productions and shoots is integral to the role.
• Full driving license with confidence driving in winter conditions.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.
