Patients start therapy faster and stay compliant longer, while manufacturers own their provider relationships and gain actionable, real-time visibility into how, when and why their products are used./ppPosition Summary/ppTechnical Account Management (TAM) is responsible for playing a key/critical role in realizing business value through the application of project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to meet project objectives. The TAM will also use their rich healthcare domain expertise, along with project management and proactive consulting skills, to solve complex technical challenges for some of the largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in the country. To our clients, this individual will be an expert in combining our technology platform and solutions with their programs to provide maximum benefit to their business and patients./ppRole Contribution and Responsibilities:/pulliDemonstrates advanced knowledge of Cardinal Health and customer industry, including key competitors, terminology, technology, trends, challenges, reimbursement and government regulation; demonstrates working knowledge of how Cardinal Health technical offerings match with a customers unique business needs/liliDemonstrates knowledge of the project management initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling, and closing processes./liliMonitors performance and recommends scope, schedule, cost or resource adjustments/liliConnects short-term demands to long-term implications, in alignment with the supporting business case./liliPrioritizes multiple tasks while meeting deadlines/liliCommunicates project status (health, forecast, issues, risks, etc.) to stakeholders in an open and honest fashion./liliEffectively balances competing project constraints including but not limited to scope, quality, schedule, funding, budget, resources, and risk, to manage project success./liliConnects project objectives to broader organizational goals./liliProvides input to contracts, reviews contracts to ensure completeness of scope and appropriate accountability based on role and/or responsibility./liliNegotiates with stakeholders to obtain the resources necessary for successful project execution./liliPartners with stakeholders and technologist to implement/automate/operationalize models into day-to-day business decision making./liliHigh level of client contact in an Account Management portfolio approach./li/ulpWhat is Expected of You and Others at This Level/pulliApplies advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects/liliParticipates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals/liliRecommends new practices, processes, metrics, or models/liliWorks on or may lead complex projects of large scope/liliProjects may have significant and long-term impact/liliProvides solutions which may set precedent/liliIndependently determines method for completion of new projects/liliReceives guidance on overall project objectives/liliActs as a mentor to less experienced colleagues/liliIdentifies and qualifies opportunities within service portfolio (including but not limited to technology, program design, services expansion, etc.) with existing client and develops plans for introducing new solutions through collaborative relationships/li/ulpAccountabilities in This Role/pulliAnalyze and recommend technical solutions related to new product launches, product discontinuations, vendor integrations, and operational efficiencies among other potential services/liliActs as single technical liaison for the client/liliDaily interactions with client to assess and advise client needs and requests/liliAnalyze client program, needs and propose solutions and options that provide value to client/liliRecommend technical changes/updates/enhancements to current platform and vendor integration landscape to further align with clients strategy and industry advancements./liliManage client deliverables, timelines, and artifacts/liliMonitor team backlog and prioritize activities to deliver on time, on budget, on scope/liliAnticipate client needs and proactively make program recommendations to enhance service value/liliPerform necessary project administration, project status, and risk, issue management/li/ulpQualifications/pulliMasters Degree preferred/lili3-5 years experience of client relationship management experience at the account management level preferred/liliPrior experience working in a Specialty Pharmaceutical HUB environment, preferred/lili8+ years experience in professional services, healthcare, or related field preferred serving in a technical capacity preferred/liliProficiency in Microsoft Office products preferred/liliStrong oral and written communication skills, with executive facing presentation experience/liliStrong project management skills/liliProven ability to learn an application of advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects/liliTravel requirement up to 10%/li/ulpTraining and Work Schedules:/pulliYour new hire training will take place 8:00am-5:00pm CST, mandatory attendance is required./liliThis position is full-time (40 hours/week)./liliEmployees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of Monday-Friday, 7:00am- 7:00pm CST./li/ulpRemote Details:/pulliYou will work remotely, full-time.
