Registered Nurse

As a registered nurse for a residential treatment facility, you will be responsible for patient centered care and ensuring the safety & well-being of each resident. Distributing medication and ensuring the highest level of care.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement nursing care plans for residents
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding healthcare in an assisted living facility
• Work with other departments within the facility to ensure seamless and efficient care for residents
• Monitor and manage inventory for medical supplies and equipment
• Act as a liaison between residents, families and healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records for residents

Qualifications:

• Associates of Science in Nursing
• Current Registered Nurse license for the state of Utah
• Basic life support certification (BLS)
• NCI Non Crisis Intervention training will be provided
• Valid drivers license

Physical Demands:

• Continuously use hands for simple and firm grasping and fine manipulation.
• Physically able to bend, stand, stoop, or sit for long periods of time.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Push/Pull up to 100 lbs.
• Training on and potentially restraining escalated residents.
