Want to join in on the fun?What You DoThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general repairs, routine maintenance, and light installations across HOA communities. This role requires a versatile, hands-on professional who can troubleshoot issues, complete work efficiently with professionalism on-site.RequirementsPerform general maintenance and repair work across residential HOA communitiesComplete work orders including, but not limited to:Drywall repair and paintingMinor plumbing repairs (leaks, fixtures, toilets, sinks)Basic electrical work (outlets, switches, light fixtures)Door, lock, and hardware repairsFence, gate, and railing repairsFlooring repairs (vinyl, tile, minor carpet fixes)Cabinetry, trim, and carpentry touch-upsConduct routine inspections and identify maintenance issues before they escalateRespond to urgent maintenance requests and emergency calls as neededAccurately document work performed, materials used, and job statusCommunicate clearly with supervisors, property managers, and residents when appropriateMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentFollow safety protocols, HOA rules, and company standards at all timesOther duties as assignedQualifications2+ years of experience in general maintenance, handyman services, or facilities maintenanceBroad working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairsAbility to diagnose issues and recommend appropriate solutionsStrong attention to detail and quality workmanshipReliable transportation and valid driver's licenseAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the dayComfortable working independently and managing daily assignmentsProfessional demeanor and strong customer service skillsStrong attention to detailPreferred (Not Required)Experience working in HOA, condominium, or multi-family communitiesMaintenance certifications or trade licensesFamiliarity with maintenance ticketing or work-order systemsBilingual (English/Spanish)What We OfferCompetitive hourly pay or per-job compensation (based on experience)Opportunity for growthSupportive team environment with clear processes and expectationsComprehensive Health, Dental, Vision insurance100% Employer-paid Life and AD&D Insurance401k Plan with company match and immediate vestingThe company provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
