IT Project Manager

Project ManagerKey responsibilities include:Project planning:Develop comprehensive project plans that define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources required.Work with stakeholders to identify project requirements and constraints.Execution and monitoring:Lead project teams and ensure the execution of tasks according to the project plan.Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and adjust project plans as needed.Stakeholder management:Collaborate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to understand and manage expectations.Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.Risk management:Identify and assess project risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.Quality assurance:Establish and enforce project standards and ensure that project deliverables meet quality requirements.Conduct project reviews and implement lessons learned to improve future projects.Reporting:Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.Document and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Qualifications include:5+ year of proven experience as a Project Manager, with a successful track record of managing complex system integration and/or development projects from initiation to completion.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
