Join SpiTrex CTE.1st Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6:30AM - 3:30PM; Friday, 6:30AM - 10:30AMEssential Functions:Manage and calibrate various gages – overlays, variable gages, attribute gages etc.Read and interpret documents such as procedures, work instructions, specifications, drawings, and purchase orders.Disassemble gages and clean accordinglyPerform in-process and final inspections on these assemblies by using measuring tools and ensuring they are in accordance with the applicable procedures/instructionsVerify conditions and calibration of all inspection and test equipment prior to use and completing the inspection.Inputting calibration data into appropriate softwareEnsure calibration dates are observed and track any gages past calibrationContact customers for gaging as neededScheduling calibration dates as neededOther work-related tasks as assignedConform to ISO13485, 21 CFR Part 820, and medical device industry requirements.Competency:Understanding of GD+T and metrology applicationBasic knowledge of gagingUnderstand CMM reportsStrong organization skillsAble to multitaskBasic math, calculation, and related skills neededUnderstanding of labeling, coding, and accuracy in records very importantAbility to comply with Quality System requirementsApplication of StatisticsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
