Job Description:
- Experience: 6+ years in Enterprise EUC with 3+ years in advanced scripting and endpoint management.
- We are seeking an EUC SME to lead endpoint health improvement programs across a large device fleet (2,000 devices). The role combines deep Windows OS expertise, automation engineering, and the SysTrack platform to detect, diagnose, and remediate end-user experience issues at scale while translating technical outcomes into management-ready reporting.
- Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain automation pipelines for endpoint detection and remediation across the fleet.
- Administer and tune the SysTrack platform, including sensors, health scores, alarms, and environment-wide settings.
- Build and customize SysTrack dashboards and integrate SysTrack Pulse with ServiceNow, including connector setup, incident mapping, and workflow automation.
- Author structured test plans, use cases, and test cases; define pass/fail criteria and validate remediations before production rollout.
- Execute query building, package deployment, and remediation at scale using Tanium and Microsoft Intune.
- Diagnose and resolve Windows OS issues, Group Policy, Kerberos authentication, services, scheduled tasks, certificates, and search/memory cache.
- Produce executive-level reports translating health scores, alarm trends, and remediation outcomes into business language.
- Maintain runbooks, deployment records, and version-controlled script artifacts.
