Inner Peace Clinical Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist, licensed as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW, to join our remote team on a full-time basis. This role is essential in delivering high-quality telehealth counseling services to individuals facing a range of mental health challenges. This position operates in a fully remote telehealth setting, allowing for flexibility and convenience for both therapists and clients. Utilizing a range of digital tools, you will engage with clients through secure video conferencing platforms. This innovative approach allows us to reach a wider demographic, providing mental health services to individuals who may have difficulty accessing traditional in-person therapy.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to accurately identify the mental health needs of clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and personal interviews.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique challenges and goals of each client, ensuring alignment with ethical guidelines and best practices.

• Facilitate regular counseling and therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).

• Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress consistently, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on client feedback and ongoing assessments.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive, coordinated care.

• Maintain complete and accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, documenting session notes, treatment plans, and progress updates with precision.

Our client base consists of diverse individuals, including youth, adults, and families experiencing a variety of mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance abuse. In this role, you will utilize your clinical expertise to address the unique needs of each client and help them navigate their mental health journeys through compassionate, person-centered care.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) within the state of California.

• Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines, mental health legislation, and best practices in therapy and counseling.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate with team members effectively.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload in a remote environment.

• Prior experience providing telehealth therapy services or counseling to individuals with mental health concerns.

• Experience in crisis intervention and risk assessment, working with clients in acute or distressing situations.

• Familiarity with telehealth technologies, electronic health record systems, and remote communication tools.

This full-time Mental Health Therapist position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
