You’ll be hands-on with every step of account management, from credit analysis to business development, while ensuring adherence to Republic Bank’s lending policies.Key Responsibilities:Develop new business relationships, fostering a true partnership with each clientOriginate, structure, and close commercial loansActively represent Republic Bank in the community, building a reputation for excellence and relationship-buildingManage a portfolio of clients, focusing on credit risk management and ongoing client supportIdentify opportunities to expand client relationships through treasury management and other bank products, adding value for clients wherever possibleAbout You:We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for empowering businesses and is excited to join a collaborative team.
