Payroll Clerk

Review, verify, process, and submit weekly payroll daily and weekly certified payroll. Audit payroll entries for accuracy in SAP. Manually input vacation and sick hours into payroll system as needed. Enter and process terminations in payroll system. Run a variety of payroll reports for managers and VPs as requested. Manage and respond to general inquiries in the payroll email inbox. Resolve discrepancies with payroll as needed. Ensure that confidentiality and security of all information is maintained. Other duties may be assigned.

At least one-year experience processing payroll. Experience in certified payroll in a construction environment is a plus. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Professional verbal and written communication skills. Regular attendance is required.
