Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation Outpatient Rehabilitation Physical Therapist Full Time Rockwall, TX Salary range: $80,080.00 - $108,804.80 Compensation Depends Upon Candidate’s Years Of Experience Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation in Royse City is looking to add a orthopedic Physical Therapist to our growing team of 6 full time therapists. This position will start out as a full time float position between neighboring clinics transitioning to full time in one location as needed. There is a Quarterly Bonus associated with this float role. Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately Promoting continuous quality improvement Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
