Hiring Machine Operator ASAP!!1st, 2nd and 3rd shift $18-20/hr. Charlotte, NC

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor flat extruders, ovens, and stretching equipment.
• Load polyurethane powder into hoppers and ensure continuous material flow.
• Interpret T-charts, graphs, and trend lines to identify deviations.
• Adjust heat, pull rate, and tension to maintain width and quality.
• Inspect film for wrinkles, profile issues, or off-spec dimensions.
• Wind finished film onto drums and verify weight/composition.
• Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting when equipment performance shifts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Document production data and communicate issues proactively.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven tenure and reliability with a steady work history.
• Ability to interpret graphs, charts, and production data or willingness to learn.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand tools.
• Ability to stay in constant movement throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adjust equipment based on specifications.
• Comfortable working around heat-based industrial equipment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
