Your Impact

• Prepare and serve high-quality food that meets Chick-fil-A standards
• Help create an exceptional guest experience by ensuring food is prepared accurately and efficiently
• Work as part of a high-performing kitchen team in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout each shift
• Learn multiple kitchen stations and develop operational excellence skills
• Support fellow Team Members through teamwork, communication, and a positive attitude
• Contribute to a culture focused on growth, accountability, and serving others
• Pursue future growth opportunities including Trainer, Team Leader, Shift Leader, and Director-level leadership roles

Background Profile

• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and work on your feet throughout an entire shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Dependable, hardworking, and able to thrive as part of a team
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and be coached
• Ability to communicate effectively with leaders and fellow Team Members
• Comfortable following food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Ability to multitask and maintain a sense of urgency during busy meal periods
