Role Overview As a Full Cycle Sales Professional, you will be instrumental in managing the complete sales process from initial contact to closing the deal. This role requires a unique blend of proactive outreach and persuasive closing abilities, allowing you to own the customer relationship from start to finish. You will leverage phone and video communication to build rapport, understand client needs, and present compelling solutions. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Conduct proactive outreach via phone and video calls to identify and engage potential clients. Build strong, trusting relationships with prospects by actively listening and understanding their unique financial needs and goals. Guide clients through the entire sales cycle, from initial qualification and needs assessment to presenting tailored solutions and closing agreements. Effectively manage your sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent progress towards your targets. Clearly and persuasively communicate complex information about financial products and services across phone, video, and written channels. Handle objections with confidence and professionalism, turning potential roadblocks into opportunities. Continuously learn and stay updated on product offerings and market trends to provide the best possible advice. Compensation This role offers significant earning potential, structured around performance. Top performers can expect to earn between $35,000 and $100,000 annually, with uncapped opportunities for those who excel. Qualifications Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly with individuals you haven't met in person. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively across various communication platforms. Proficiency in managing a sales pipeline from initial contact through to deal closure. Strong self-direction and motivation to work independently and consistently achieve sales objectives. A resilient and positive attitude, capable of navigating challenges and maintaining high energy. The capacity to quickly assess client needs and tailor your approach accordingly.
