Summary Overview: We are seeking an experienced construction professional to oversee and supervise multiple small commercial jobsites. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable supervision experience on small to mid-size commercial projects and will act as the on‑site leader to ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely and in accordance with contract documents. This position requires strong organizational ability, excellent communication skills, and a hands‑on approach to managing daily site activities. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage job site operations, including daily workforce coordination, material staging, and site logistics. Direct and supervise subcontractors to ensure work follows project prints, specifications and scope of work; address deviations promptly. Develop and maintain the project schedule; identify potential bottlenecks and coordinate trades to maintain progress. Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company safety programs; conduct daily safety briefings and enforce PPE and site rules. Maintain quality control standards through inspections, punch lists, and verification that work meets contract and code requirements. Document daily activities, maintain logs, report progress to project management, and prepare basic field reports and RFIs as needed. Coordinate with vendors, inspectors, and owner representatives; facilitate on‑site meetings and pre‑installation reviews. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a production management or site supervision role on commercial construction projects. Strong understanding of new construction and renovation processes, construction drawings, and specifications. Proven ability to supervise subcontractors and manage multiple scopes of work on‑site. Working knowledge of construction safety standards and ability to enforce them consistently. Solid communication skills, ability to prepare concise reports, and competence using basic construction management tools (scheduling and simple reporting). Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between nearby job sites as required. This role is ideal for a practical, detail‑oriented supervisor who takes ownership of site performance and is committed to delivering safe, high‑quality commercial projects on schedule.
