Quality Assurance Engineer

Role Overview You are a detail-oriented professional who accurately interprets and communicates customer specifications and industry regulations for custom‑manufactured equipment while supporting turbo‑expander production in an ISO‑9001 manufacturing environment. Your role reports to the Quality Assurance Supervisor and is part of a team of six people. Compensation The compensation range for this position is $97,564.90 to $127,510.34 annually . The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual bonus. Eligibility requirements apply. Responsibilities Develop and maintain Inspection and Test Plans for turbo‑expander projects. Review project specifications to ensure compliance with customer and industry requirements. Support manufacturing and production processes to verify that requirements are followed and met. Create and maintain quality assurance documentation. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA knowledge base. Support the delivery of high‑quality, reliable turbomachinery products and ensure compliance with industry standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to develop technical knowledge of turbo‑expanders. Strong technical writing skills. Familiarity with API, ASTM, ASME standards (preferred). Physical Requirements Office and manufacturing environments. Ability to wear personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and safety boots. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
