Registered Behavior Technician - Part Time

RBTs Wanted: Help Kids Shine. Grow Your Future. Registered Behavior Technician – Home‑Based ABA – Schedule: Afternoon/Evening – $21 to $28 an hour. Just real growth for our clients and for you. What You'll Actually Do: Work one‑on‑one with children diagnosed with autism. Implement fun, structured therapy sessions based on behavior plans (you’ll get paid training and your certification on us!). Cheer them on as they learn to communicate, play, and thrive. Track progress and learn how to make data‑driven decisions. Collaborate with supportive, experienced BCBAs who’ve got your back to develop life‑changing care plans. What We're Looking For: You care about people—in a plain and simple way. RBT certified? Great! Not yet? We’ll train you and pay you while you learn. You’re reliable, flexible, and comfortable getting down on the floor to play. High school diploma required; bonus points for experience in childcare, education, or caregiving.
