Job Description

Carmel Mail & Ship, an authorized FedEx shipping Center. Looking for someone detail oriented, personable, organized, and dependable to join our team. No previous shipping experience required, we will train.

Responsibilities

· Welcome customers to the shop

· Process POS (point of sale) shipments, purchases and mailbox rentals

· Package items to ship

· Process shipping drop offs

· Process mail

· Copy and print

· Build productive trust relationships with customers

· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and service

Skills

· Detail oriented

· Solid communication and interpersonal skills

· Computer proficiency required

· Previous experience using Microsoft Word

· High school degree or equivalent
