Lab Technician

Job Title: Lab Technician Process & Product Development

We are seeking a Lab Technician to provide hands-on technical support for process development, product design, measurement, and pilot manufacturing activities. The role will work closely with engineers, scientists, and pilot manufacturing teams to support experimental studies, product builds, measurement activities, and process development.

Assist engineers with process studies, component assembly, experimental activities, and development builds.

Prepare materials, equipment, and components for laboratory and pilot activities.

Execute established procedures and accurately complete build batch records.

Collect, organize, and enter experimental data while following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

Perform dimensional measurements and inspection of molds, components, and finished parts using established methods and equipment.

Record measurement results and verify data accuracy.

Support equipment setup, operation, cleaning, and routine maintenance.

Assist with pilot builds, changeovers, material handling, and sample management.

Maintain laboratory, measurement equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.

Follow applicable safety, PPE, quality, and documentation requirements.

Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent technical experience preferred.

Experience in a laboratory, manufacturing, pilot plant, engineering, or similar technical environment preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.

Ability to accurately collect, document, and communicate technical data.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively with engineers, scientists, and manufacturing personnel.

The hourly rate for this position is $48-$52 per hour.
