Empower what's possible.We're looking for someone who combines strong legal expertise with exceptional business judgment and a collaborative leadership style.You'll be successful if you have:Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law schoolActive State Bar membership in good standing (and, if not licensed in Nebraska, ability to become admitted in Nebraska or register as in-house counsel)Seven or more years of healthcare legal experienceExperience supporting healthcare operations, ideally within a multi-state provider organizationKnowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA, HITECH, Medicaid, fraud and abuse regulations, and program integrityExperience negotiating healthcare contracts and advising business leadersThe ability to translate complex legal issues into practical business guidanceA collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to leadership and partnershipWho Thrives HereYou enjoy building relationships.You believe legal teams should enable smart decisions; not simply identify risk.You communicate clearly, think strategically, and approach challenges with curiosity and sound judgment.Most importantly, you believe your legal career can be about more than practicing law it can be about improving lives.
