Your Responsibilities

• Performing thorough patient assessments, ordering diagnostic evaluations, and creating tailored care strategies.
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic conditions, collaborating with physicians or working independently based on your qualifications.
• Guiding patients and their families on preventive care, wellness strategies, and management of diseases.
• Prescribing medications and treatments in adherence to your area of practice.

Essential Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).
• Successful graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.

Mandatory Certifications

• A current Nurse Practitioner license in California.
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or a similar equivalent.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications, or the ability to obtain within 90 days.
