What You’ll Do Carry out daily housekeeping tasks in assigned areas, including resident rooms and common spaces. Make sure caution/safety signs are in place when needed to ensure a safe environment. Keep your work areas clean and organized, and ensure tools and supplies are stored properly. Let your supervisor know when cleaning or laundry supplies are running low. Lend a hand in the laundry area when needed. Take on other related tasks as assigned to support the team. What We’re Looking For A high school diploma or GED (preferred, but not required). Strong communication skills with coworkers, residents, and their families. The ability to make day‑to‑day decisions that support your team and department with minimal supervision. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, dependable attitude. You’re flexible, compassionate, and enjoy helping others. Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a plus—but not required. We welcome all applicants!
