Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, client-focused Paralegal to join our team. This role is essential to the success of our attorneys and clients, serving as a key point of contact throughout the legal process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, compassionate, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with attorneys on active family law matters while helping clients feel informed and supported during challenging times. Responsibilities Support attorneys with case strategy, preparation, and management Draft, organize, and manage legal pleadings and discovery Assist with trial preparation, mediations, and hearings Communicate regularly with clients regarding case updates and document collection Maintain case files, deadlines, and records within the firm’s case management system Help improve workflows and internal processes for greater efficiency Qualifications Previous experience as a paralegal, preferably in family law or litigation Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to work independently while supporting multiple attorneys Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working with clients navigating stressful situations Experience with Clio or similar case management software preferred Familiarity with document automation tools such as Form Builder is a plus Eagerness to learn and grow professionally Company Description The Ramage Law Group is a relationship-driven family law firm committed to helping individuals and families navigate life’s most important transitions with confidence.
