Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic team at Kings Harbor Multicare Center, a premier long-term and short-term skilled nursing care facility in the Bronx, New York. As a CNA on our 3-11 shift, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our diverse resident community. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to our residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the nursing team

• Assist with medication administration, vital signs, and other clinical tasks as needed

• Maintain a clean and safe living environment, adhering to infection control protocols and facility policies

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans
