Role Overview We are seeking an Azure DevOps Engineer who embodies our values of curiosity, innovation, and passion for technology. Responsibilities Implement and manage continuous delivery systems and methodologies on Azure Design, manage, and maintain tools to automate operational processes Deploy, automate, maintain, and manage Azure cloud‑based production systems, to ensure the availability, performance, scalability, and security of production systems Build, release, and configuration management of production systems Pre‑production Acceptance Testing to help assure the quality of our products/services System troubleshooting and problem‑solving across platform and application domains Suggesting architecture improvements, recommending process improvements Evaluate new technology options and vendor products Ensure critical system security through the use of best in class cloud security solutions Required Skills and Qualifications Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) Experience with Azure, including Azure CLI, Azure Portal, and Azure App Service Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform Experience with CI/CD tools and processes Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes Familiarity with Dynatrace for monitoring and alerting is a plus Ability to code and script in multiple languages (a polyglot mindset) Experience with system and IT operations; comfortable with frequent, incremental code testing and deployment Strong grasp of automation tools Data management skills with an understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases A strong focus on business outcomes Comfort with collaboration, open communication, and reaching across functional borders Personal Attributes Passion for Wellfit's mission and the healthcare technology sector Natural problem solver who is curious about how things work and how they can be improved Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical ideas to both technical and non‑technical audiences A self‑starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and willing to take initiative An entrepreneurial mindset, ready to contribute to a growing team and define emerging roles within the company Why Join Wellfit Be a part of a dynamic team that values innovation and curiosity Contribute to a company with a solid foundation of profitability and product‑market fit Engage with a company culture that encourages growth, learning, and community involvement Opportunity to work on meaningful projects that impact the healthcare sector Company Perks and Benefits Hybrid working model - 3 days on‑site, 2 days remote Medical, Dental and Vision coverage Unlimited Paid time off with a culture to use it 401k matching up to 4% Application Process Interested candidates should submit their resume along with a cover letter that highlights their experience in Azure DevOps, their approach to problem‑solving, and why they are interested in joining Wellfit.
