Shift: Full-Time, Monday - Friday between 7:30 AM- 5:00 PM 
Location: Onsite

Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative who understands the HVAC, plumbing, or home service industry? Are you looking for an opportunity to be part of a growing company where your experience and ideas can make a real difference?

Lochard Inc. is looking for a motivated, customer-focused CSR to join our growing call center in Troy, Ohio. We are building a centralized call center to support our expanding HVAC and plumbing operations, and we want someone who can help us build a strong team, improve processes, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

We are especially interested in candidates with experience in the trades and knowledge of  ServiceTitan  who understand how important every customer call is to the success of a service company.

What Youll Do

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with HVAC, plumbing, and service-related needs.
• Book service appointments, maintenance visits, and installation estimates.
• Use ServiceTitan to manage customer information, schedule appointments, and document calls accurately.
• Communicate professionally with customers, technicians, and management.
• Follow up with customers on estimates, unscheduled work, and outstanding service needs.
• Help improve call-handling procedures, appointment booking rates, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to schedule additional services and maintenance visits.
• Help develop and refine call center processes as the company continues to grow.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude while handling a high volume of customer calls.

What Were Looking For

• Previous customer service or call center experience, preferably in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or another home service trade.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of service calls, appointment scheduling, maintenance agreements, and customer follow-up is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player who takes initiative and enjoys improving processes.
• Someone who wants to grow with the company and help build a successful call center.
