Assessment Specialist, RN

We are seeking a dedicated Assessment Specialist, RN to join our team. The successful candidate will provide psychiatric and substance use assessments for adults and adolescents. This position plays a critical role in evaluating patient needs and developing appropriate assessments.

Schedule

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Orientation is weekly, on Mondays.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric and substance use assessments.
• Evaluate patient needs and develop comprehensive assessment plans.
• Work collaboratively with a team to provide quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments in electronic health records.
• Adhere to established protocols and standards of care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must hold a valid RN license in Indiana.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in assessment and evaluation.
• Required certifications include BLS and HWC.
