Manage the service department calendar by balancing technician availability with customer needs. Reach out to existing clients to provide friendly reminders about upcoming service milestones and safety recalls. Greet visitors as they enter the service area and help direct them to the appropriate advisor. Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital records for every client interaction. Follow up with customers after their visit to ensure they were happy with the care their vehicle received. Requirements Professional experience in customer service, administrative support, or a call-center environment. Strong comfort level using computers, specifically email and dealership management software. Clear, empathetic communication skills when speaking over the phone. High school diploma or equivalent.
