Reno, NV (on-site) | Full-Time | $65,000 – $70,000 DOE (up to $75,000 for strong experience)

What You'll Do

• Coordinate multiple client and internal projects at once
• Communicate with clients on status, timelines, and updates
• Maintain project schedules and keep deadlines on track
• Coordinate vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Track activities, chase outstanding items, and keep documentation accurate
• Work in CRM and project management tools (HubSpot experience a plus)
• Support process improvements and operational initiatives
• Deliver exceptional customer service across the entire project lifecycle

What You'll Bring

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred — Communications, Business, Marketing, Liberal Arts, PR, and related fields all welcome; recent grads encouraged
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Excellent organization and time management in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and business software; AI tool experience a plus
• Detail orientation, follow-through, and a professional, client-focused mindset
• Positive attitude and hunger to learn
