We are currently seeking a poised and personable Private Butler to join our team; someone who thrives in creating highly tailored experiences and building genuine connections with our most discerning and high-profile guests. Your role is key in creating the unforgettable experiences for our guests from the moment they arrive to the moment they depart. This is more than a role; it is a craft of authentic connection and quiet anticipation of our guests’ needs. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ensures the delivery of the Park Hyatt promise and provides a professional and courteous service to hotel guests at all times. Demonstrating working knowledge across multiple departments, including concierge, housekeeping, and in-room dining, with flexibility to support as required Coordinating bespoke services, experiences, and amenities with grace, discretion, and efficiency Acting as the single point of contact for VIP and high-profile guests throughout their stay Overseeing room inspections, personalising setups, and ensuring preferences are honoured Offering service that is both intuitive and anticipatory, adapting to the guest’s needs before they are expressed Required to be proficient in the working and knowledge and demonstrate the duties and tasks of the housekeeping, concierge and in-room dining roles and to be adaptable to for fill the specifications of these positions when required or delegated by management. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is poised, perceptive and passionate about service. You will bring: Prior experience in luxury hospitality or butler service is preferred Exceptional organisation and time management Comprehensive knowledge of Sydney’s premium restaurants, bars, attractions, etc A current NSW RSA Certification Proficiency in Opera PMS is favorable At Park Hyatt Sydney, you are offered a stage to refine your craft in a globally recognised brand that opens doors across the world.
