I opened my agency in 2002 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in insurance claims, where I developed a passion for helping people through difficult situations. I'm originally from Kentucky and previously served as a county commissioner. Community involvement has always been an important part of both my personal and professional life. Our agency stays actively involved through the local Chamber of Commerce, Main Street organizations, and other community events. We enjoy building relationships and making a positive impact in the communities we serve. As an Account Manager for Rita Johnson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
