Warehouse & Shipping Associate (CDL CLASS A Required)

Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:15 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay: Up to $28.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Position Type: Full-Time

Cookies-N-Milk, Inc. is seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse & Shipping Associate to join our team in McKinney, Texas. This position involves working in frozen, refrigerated, and climate-controlled environments within a high-volume food manufacturing facility.

Located near US-75 and Eldorado Parkway, Cookies-N-Milk has been producing premium desserts for restaurants, convenience stores, and national food chains since 1998. We take pride in our products and our team-oriented work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive company truck to a local warehouse facility, unload materials, and return to the production facility.
• Operate a stand-up forklift safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload 53-foot trailers.
• Organize and maintain a 7,000-square-foot dry goods warehouse.
• Stage ingredients and materials for daily production.
• Wrap pallets using pallet-wrapping equipment.
• Store and organize finished goods in freezer storage areas.
• Pick and pull customer orders accurately.
• Build and prepare pallets for shipment.
• Collect and sort empty wooden pallets throughout the facility.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in warehouse, freezer, and refrigerated storage areas.
• Follow all food safety, GMP, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
• Perform other warehouse and shipping duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid CDL required.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience required.
• Previous stand-up forklift experience required.
• Warehouse and shipping experience required.
• Ability to work in freezer environments for up to 30 minutes at a time (freezer gear provided).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds with assistance.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred.

Schedule Requirements

• Monday through Friday, 3:15 PM to 12:00 AM.
• Includes a 45-minute lunch break and two paid 10-minute breaks.
• Must be punctual and maintain reliable attendance.
• Occasional overtime may be required, including arriving early or staying late to complete shipping and warehouse responsibilities.

Work Environment

Employees work in warehouse, refrigerated, freezer, and food production environments. This position requires standing, walking, lifting, and operating material-handling equipment throughout the shift.

Employees must wear required PPE, including but not limited to:

• Safety glasses

• Additional protective equipment as required for specific tasks
