Assistant Director of Therapy (ADOT) – Local Traveler Join the Rivetus Team! Rivetus has been serving the geriatric post-acute community since 1998. Facility Location: Work in facilities within a 30‑mile radius of your home, typically only one facility per day. You will know your assignment at least a day in advance. Schedule: Full time, Monday‑Friday. Flexibility in schedules available. Compensation: Up to $50 per hour. General Summary: Rivetus Rehab is seeking an Assistant Director of Therapy (ADOT) to support our skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) within a 30-mile radius of your home. This local traveler leadership role is designed for clinicians ready to expand their impact beyond patient care. Key Responsibilities: The ADOT partners with the Director of Therapy to help lead the rehab team, blending clinical excellence with leadership responsibilities: Strong clinical skills in the SNF setting. Demonstrates initiative and accountability. Mentors and supports teammates. Hands‑on leadership experience. Adaptable and confident working in multiple buildings. Why This Role? Required Qualifications: Successful completion of an accredited Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist program. Experience in a Skilled Nursing or Post‑Acute Rehabilitation Facility. Ability to exercise mature judgment and initiative in analyzing problems and recommending solutions to provide effective rehabilitation services. Valid driver’s license.
