Senior Living Maintenance Director: Facility Leader

The Pennant Group, Inc. ( Deercreek Senior Living community ) is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead preventative maintenance of our facility, grounds and equipment. You will respond to maintenance needs and coordinate licensed vendors as required, while assisting residents with moving and minor repairs. Strong candidates will have prior building maintenance experience, team leadership skills, and comprehensive knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and general mechanics. #J-18808-Ljbffr
