Founded in 2015 and co-headquartered in Dublin and Atlanta, LetsGetChecked empowers people to take control of their health and live longer, happier lives.Junior BI AnalystAs a Junior BI Analyst at LetsGetChecked, you will provide multiple business units with actionable insights that improve business functionality, whilst working with the data from an end to end perspectiveResponsibilitiesWork with team leads to build, manage and maintain the BI & reporting pipelinesTranslate business requirements into reportable KPIs and metricsSupport configuration and analysis for internal and external client reportingCreate a variety of scheduled and ad Hoc reports across multiple platforms (dependent on stakeholder requirements)Conduct quality checks / reports on data to ensure accuracy, consistency and reliability of informationImplement necessary data validation processes and resolve discrepancies or issues identifiedDevelop and maintain dashboards leveraging data visualization tools and advanced analytical techniquesPerform statistical analyses to provide insights and recommendationsLiaise directly with the relevant teams, internally or externally to resolve any queriesWhat we are looking for…Degree in IT / STEM / Business1+ years experience working as part of a BI & reporting functionProven analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong knowledge of data, information management and data quality standardsAdvanced knowledge of SQL, pythonExperience with Looker for dashboard developmentAbility to work as part of a team.Benefits:Alongside a salary $72,400 - $83,000 (Depending on Experience), we offer a range of benefits including: Full-time employee benefits include: dental, vision, and multiple group medical plans to choose from, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, group life insurance, (AD&D) insurance, flexible spending account (FSA) and health savings account (HSA), commuter benefits, employer-paid short-term (STD) and long-term disability (LTD) insurance, and additional supplemental insurance plans (spouse life insurance, legal insurance, an employee assistance program, home health testing kits, and a fertility medication discount program).
