 This contract position presents an exciting opportunity to provide critical care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the highest level of medical services to our patients.

As a vital member of our emergency medicine team, you will engage in a variety of challenging cases and contribute significantly to patient care. Your role entails evaluating and treating patients with acute medical conditions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes while working in a supportive and professional atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients in an emergency setting
• Stabilize patients and provide immediate care for acute conditions
• Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations
• Collaborate with nursing and support staff to enhance patient care
• Document patient interactions and treatment plans accurately
• Participate in ongoing medical education and training
• Manage emergency medical procedures following established protocols
• Promote a safe and welcoming environment for patients and families

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Active medical license in Florida
• Completion of an emergency medicine residency or equivalent experience
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and professional integrity
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
