You will practice comprehensive, full-service small animal medicine covering all walks of life, from prevention to advanced intervention. The hospital is equipped to offer a wide range of services, including Wellness and Prevention protocols, Testing and Diagnostics, advanced medical and surgical procedures, and necessary emergency care. This breadth of services ensures that you can continually grow your skillset, managing complex cases while partnering with pet owners on critical long-term pet wellness plans. Your new professional home is located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This area offers you a blend of long-established community spirit and professional opportunity. The clinic is conveniently situated on Barnes Road, providing easy access for both clients and teammates. What You'll Bring to the Team

• Proven experience managing a P&L, with a track record of driving results.
• A successful background in recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive, high-performing culture.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Previous management experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer-focused retail environment is required.

Competitive Compensation

A competitive hourly rate or salary based on your experience and role.

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
