Global services specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Global Services Specialist to support and manage service delivery across international clients and operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless coordination, compliance, and communication between global stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, cross-cultural awareness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage service operations for international clients across multiple regions and time zones. Serve as a primary point of contact for global service inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication. Monitor service performance and ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, customer support, logistics, and compliance) to deliver consistent service quality. Maintain accurate records of service activities, client communications, and operational processes. Assist in onboarding international clients and partners, ensuring smooth service integration. Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance global service efficiency and client satisfaction. Ensure compliance with international regulations, policies, and company standards. Prepare reports and dashboards on service performance metrics and client feedback. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Communications, or a related field. 2–5+ years of experience in global operations, customer service, or service delivery roles. Experience working with international clients or in a global business environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across diverse cultures and regions. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or service management tools. Familiarity with international compliance, logistics, or cross-border operations is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours to support global time zones when required.
