Resident Assistant

Job Type Full‑time Schedule Day shift Evening shift Night shift Monday to Friday Responsibilities Recognize problems and identify workable solutions. Seek out relevant information and prioritize tasks effectively. Demonstrate appropriate follow‑up. Handle non‑direct care duties such as making resident beds, transporting residents, answering call lights, delivering food trays, and other assigned tasks. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). U.S. work authorization (preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work with residents from diverse cultures and backgrounds. Strong problem‑solving skills. Benefits Premium compensation: $17/hr upon completion of the CNA course, $22/hr after certification.
