Sales Coordinator

The sales coordinator communicates with the customers to track and maintain on time deliverables and is the main point of contact for customer information regarding shipment and order tracking. Support the sales team with order entry, order acknowledgments, and general customer-related information.

Qualifications

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Will need to be very precise in administrative tasks
• Will need to communicate with different people from different international departments
• Be a team player
• Not be afraid to work in a challenging environment with lots of variety
• Will need to work independently to prioritize your own tasks
• Have good knowledge of the MS Office package. Knowledge of SAP is a plus

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Act as a single point of contact for all order intake-related questions
• Check the offers in the calculator program to eliminate errors
• Input sales orders on SAP
• Prepare the invoicing schedule for the finance department
• Communicate with several internal departments (engineering, planning, purchase, transport, finance) to ensure efficient processing of the orders
• Communicate directly with end-customers about the scheduled delivery of the orders

Salary Range: $65k to $80k
