Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the Chief Operations Officer (COO) to oversee daily operational functions and support the advancement of organizational priorities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead process improvement initiatives, manage key projects, and contribute to the growth and innovation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the COO and other senior leaders to coordinate daily operational activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals - Lead cross-department process improvement initiatives as directed by the Deputy Operations Officer (DOO) – Whitefoord - Manage internal and external projects that support operational growth, efficiency, and new initiatives - Monitor and analyze operational workflows to identify areas for enhancement and implement effective solutions - Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to ensure project success and organizational coherence - Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support decision-making and strategic planning - Assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize organizational performance

Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field - Proven experience in operations coordination, project management, or a similar role - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
