Registered Nurse (PRN) - Paragon Infusion Centers

Position Title Registered Nurse (PRN) – Paragon Infusion Centers Location 601 Grassmere Park Drive, Suite 19, Nashville, TN 37211 Shift Days. 1-5 days per week as needed. Clinic is open Monday‑Friday. Onsite full‑time. Job Summary Responsible for the administration of all ordered therapies. Responsibilities Perform duties within the nurse’s scope of practice, facility policies, INS Standards of practice, and approved protocols. Administer ordered therapies according to prescriber orders, facility protocols, INS standards, and company policy. Complete the admission process as directed by the Center Director. Perform physical assessments on each patient as warranted, including new consults, and refer to the NP on duty as needed. Document all pertinent data in the patient’s medical record. Report all significant changes or observations to the Center Director and follow up on any identified problems. Evaluate the patient’s response to therapy and document findings. Educate patients and/or family members regarding the therapy plan. Ensure all medication orders are complete, appropriate, accurate, and up to date prior to treatment. Understand and adhere to applicable state, local, and federal laws and regulations, including HIPAA confidentiality requirements. May travel to worksites and other locations as necessary. Minimum Requirements ASN or ADN with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience; or equivalent education and experience. Current unrestricted RN license in the applicable state; multi‑state license required if providing services in multiple states. Satisfactory completion of a tuberculosis test and hepatitis B vaccination or waiver. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences 2+ years of experience with IV ports, PICC lines, and peripheral lines. Experience with medication mixing. Titration experience preferred. Ability to travel to multiple locations for clinical coverage. BSN degree. Employment Terms Job Level: Non‑Management; Non‑Exempt. Workshift: 1st Shift. Job Family: MED – Licensed Nurse.
