As our Optician, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience, guiding individuals on their journey to clearer vision. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting customers in selecting the perfect frames and lenses to match their lifestyle.
Providing expert advice on lens options, coatings, and other optical solutions.
Ensuring accurate measurements for a perfect fit and optimal visual performance.
Building lasting relationships with our valued customers through outstanding service.
Qualifications:
LDO is preferred, but not required.
Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for fashion trends in eyewear.
Exceptional communication skills to educate and advise customers effectively.
