Description The Project Manager will report to senior operations leadership and be responsible for the successful delivery of commercial interior construction projects throughout the Atlanta area. Lead multiple Class A office, workplace, and interior renovation projects from inception through completion Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and construction execution plans Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders Coordinate preconstruction activities, value engineering efforts, scopes of work, and subcontractor buyout processes Monitor project financial performance, including forecasting, change order management, and cost control Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards and client expectations Mentor and support Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers while fostering a collaborative project culture MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
